ALUT, The Israeli Society for Autistic Children, was established in 1974 by parents of autistic children in order to better serve the needs of autistic children and their families.

ALUT, together with Point of View (POV) and Yedioth Publishing and Licensing (YPL), the licensing agents representing SpongeBob and several other Nickelodeon properties in Israel, are celebrating SpongeBob 10th Anniversary on September 4th, 2009.

Gershon Hyman, a gifted artist, created, especially for this celebration, 15 original SpongeBob sculptures that were sent for colouring and decoration to ALUT centers.

The creativity and imagination of the members of ALUT, children and adults, is manifested in the 15 beautiful and imaginative SpongeBob sculptures that feature in this catalog.

SpongeBob licensees, Nick Channel, POV and YPL contributed the resources for this event. All the proceeds from the sale of SpongeBob sculptures are donated to ALUT. We thank ALUT for giving us the opportunity to reach out to this special world of colors and feelings.
